Yalook is the new online fashion store for fashion and brands of Fashionworld GmbH, a company of the Otto Group.

Solution:

silver.solutions has supplied the Web Connector for Microsoft Dynamics NAV for realising the online shop launched in summer 2009. The standard product was adjusted in cooperation with the Microsoft Dynamics partner tso data GmbH so as to enable the cooperation of the shop solution deployed at Yalook with the ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Various additional functions were set up in addition to standard functions, like product import and order transmission. These additional features enable e.g. viewing the complete order history in the shop and allowing customers to encash vouchers at Yalook.com. Inventory movements are also transmitted in real time in order to ensure that the shop always displays available items only.

The Web Connector can also handle the large variety of products variants of a fashion shop (sizes, colours, cuts, etc.) and a high order volume reliably.
The project shows that the Web Connector can be deployed flexibly and independently from the used shop system and adapted easily to individual customer requirements.
